We maximize efficiency in the business processes of companies by using TPM, Process Management KAIZEN, Quality Circles, Asset Management, Risk Management tools. Organizations; We ensure that more quality products and services are produced in less time and at less cost. For our organizations that have reached a certain maturity in the field of management systems, it is now time to digitize their business processes. For this, we have four software products. Our main supplier of software products is BİMSER Çözüm. Bimser is the largest software manufacturer of our country in the field of management system and workflow management software. Although Bimser Çözüm and its products are 100% domestic, these products are currently exported to 33 countries through us solution partners. In this sense, Adenyum Teknoloji is one of Bimser s 26 solution partners. Bimser produces and develops QDMS, ENSEMBLE, BEAM, EBA products with its giant software team of 220 people, and we provide sales, implementation and after-sales support of these products. At this point, our most important task is to implement these four software products to organizations in the most perfect way. For this reason, we work with IT and integrated management system experts who are experts in their fields.

By digitizing all your management processes with QDMS, you secure your processes by ensuring that as many locations are managed in accordance with national and international standards from a single center. QDMS knows the position and duties of each employee. Accordingly, it assigns and follows automatic work orders. Here, your task is to follow the processes on the basis of location, department and person instantly. For example, thanks to QDMS smart document management, thousands of documents can talk to each other and continue their document management processes with 0 errors. For this, you do not need hundreds of working hours and dozens of employees. Every document (procedure, instruction, regulation, specification, form, list, etc.) sent to the system is intelligent. He knows who should revise it and where it should be kept as a hardcopy. He knows who should just see it, who should print it and who should distribute it. While reading a topic with the links in the documents, you can instantly go to that document to reach the details of the relevant topic. For example; You are controlling. You are reading the production procedure. You have seen that a different document named Product Control Instruction is mentioned in the procedure or in its annexes. By clicking on the document name you see, you can instantly access the entire document. When a document is revised, it automatically opens work orders for the relevant document owners, despite the need to revise other documents related to that document. This ensures that all documents are up-to-date. Since QDMS recognizes each employee by their own name and position, it can generate a separate message and work order for each employee. You can determine the top supervisor of the employee who does not do the job on time, and his/her supervisor, this hierarchy step, and you can see who delayed what job and how long until the top management.
